Bumped to 5 stars on the strength of the world-class black bean Clam item......
real pleasure to have a new , better-than-average Chinese joint in the hood..
Most of the items I have ordered in my several visits and one delivery have been more than expected. Among them:
Mongolian Beef -very high quality beef in the classic prep(no glass noodles tho)
Healthy Vegetable-close enough with fungus, asparagus, scallion, tomato,
Chinese Yam, and flavor.
Various Dim Sum- some better than others--the BBQ pork buns were tasty,
The shu mai a little off IMO..
Great fresh lobster and oysters when they have them...
Good comp tea and nice fortune/almond cookie to end...
Lots to like here -

I was a little skeptical when I came across D Cuisine because all the best dim sum places are in Chinatown. While Ali Wong wouldn't approve of this restaurant because it's too clean and the dim sum isn't served on trolleys, I was pleasantly surprised by D Cuisine.
The hubby and I ordered several dim sum dishes and the best dishes were the shu mai and har gow. The fried turnip wasn't that good. Not very tasty and was served a little cold. I loved the preserved egg congee. Our waters were regularly filled up which was nice.
Nice to have a dim sum restaurant much closer to home and D Cuisine is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. -

Me & my boyfriend wanted some dim-sum/Asian food on this particular day. We went here because of the yelp reviews. Seemed like it would be delicious but honestly it was mediocre. I don't want to complain about the food but it wasn't that great. We ordered steamed pork buns, fried rice, crab Rangoon, and some cheese bacon fried egg roll thing. Well anyway the strangest part was when I payed with my card and I went to the bathroom.. my boyfriend said the lady asked where the tip is! She asked if the food was bad.... and why we didn't tip! First of all I was gonna tip in cash. Who asks that dumb question?
I won't be returning. Sorry not sorry. -

Not great. D Cuisine has a small menu for dim sum. The deep fried taro puffs were a hit with my Chinese friend and I personally liked the Chinese broccoli the best. Despite the dishes being good, I don't plan to return since I feel like I've tried everything on the dim sum menu and because towards the end of our meal a reptile tv show was playing on the TV. I was so grossed out by the slithery snakes, I rushed my friends to leave the place.

I came here on a Saturday for lunch with a large group. The dimsum was great. I just wish they had a larger dimsum menu. We enjoyed the seafood chowmein and the dried scallop and egg white fried rice. The lettuce wraps was a miss. The filling really had no flavor.
The service and decor are top notch. And it's handy that you are able to book a reservation.
